A/V Edition

The only server requirement for a/v edition is streaming media server. Flashcoms supports all streaming media servers on the market, so you can choose one of them:

• Adobe Flash media server (FMS3 interactive edition / FMS2) www.adobe.com
• Wowza media server www.wowzamedia.com
• Red 5 www.osflash.org/red5

Text-only edition

Text-only edition also has several options for backend server:  Java server or Streaming media server. If you need an advice on choosing the backend server, please visit our blog.
